A suggested tool to help reviewing multiple CV’s is a simple CV Review Template, with the candidates name on the left side and the selectiuon criteria across the top of the page as in the diagram below.

Beneath each criteria, allow room for a rating number of 0 – 5 (5 being the optimal score). Select criteria may include core skills, Training, Education & Degrees as well as Industry knowledge would simply be marked in the appropriate grid.
On the right side of the grid, designate a column for the total score achieved by the applicant. Check marks should be carried over and included in the totals ot indicate that, in addition to the numeric score, other selection criteria have been met. Leave the bottom of the sheet open for evaluation comments and notes.
Give each evaluator a copy of the CV, together with the CV Review grid.
